  • Using past tenses to narrate events and react to bad news.

  • Discuss intentions, schedules, and asking for favors.

  • Introducing the present perfect tense to discuss actions already completed.

  • Contrasting present perfect with past tense; discussing duration.

  • Using the present perfect continuous for ongoing tasks.

  • Using gerunds and infinitives to discuss likes, dislikes, and choices.

  • Using the past perfect to sequence past events.

  • Mastering separable and inseparable two-word verbs.

  • Using connectors (and/too/either/so/but/neither) for comparisons.

  • Integrating all learned grammar, vocabulary, and skills.

  • Wrapping up the course with active conversation and review.
